Shipping:
Once we have received your order and payment, the goods will be sent to you by registered and insured mail. The shipping costs depend on the destination and the method you select (priority vs. urgent) and will be automatically added to the total of your purchase and charged to your credit card. Due to the high value of our goods, we only ship by insured registered mail. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. As soon as the parcel has been posted, we will send you the tracking number by e-mail. If there are any problems with the delivery, we will notify you.
Average (not guaranteed) delivery time (working days):
Swiss Post (only for Switzerland and Liechtenstein): 1-2 working days.
Swiss Post Priority (international): 5-10 working days, depending on destination.
FedEx Urgent (international): 1-5 working days, depending on destination.DPD Express
Data security:
All personal data is treated with the greatest possible care and according to the prevailing Swiss data protection regulations. All data needed to process the order will be stored and might be used for advertising purposes by bahina Sàrl. If you do not want us to send you any advertisement, we will delete all contact details once the 10 day period during which returns are accepted has expired. . bahina Sàrl does not collect or store credit card details. Prices:
All product prices displayed include only the Swiss VAT (currently 8.1 %) and no further taxes or duties. All international deliveries are DAP (delivered at place), meaning that as the recipient you are liable for all import duties and taxes levied by the country you are shipping the goods to. We have no control over these charges and payment of all duties, taxes and handling fees is necessary in order for the parcel to be released by customs in the country of destination. Since the amount varies for each country we cannot advise on how much the payment will be. The prices displayed in our webshop at the time you are placing your order are binding. If any obvious typing or calculation mistakes occur, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Quality:
Despite the fact that we use only the finest quality of materials, there might be slight variations in color or shape from the images displayed in our webshop. This is due to the fact that we use only natural stones and materials.
Returns within Switzerland:
Items have to be returned within 10 days of receiving the order to the following address: bahina Sàrl, Vorackerweg 51, 3073 Gümligen, Switzerland. All returns have to be new, unused, with all bahina jewels or bahina joy tags and/or metal seal still attached and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet those requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. Custom made items or discounted items cannot be returned. All returns need to be sent via insured registered mail. Your refund will exclude shipping costs and will either be credited to your credit card or may be exchanged for a bahina store credit. All international sales are final.
Insurance:
Each parcel sent by the Swiss Post or FedEx (depending on the shipping method that you choose) is insured during the time it is in transit until delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you.
Compensation claims:
Any compensation claims based on faulty images, descriptions or prices of products, or based on delayed shipment or undeliverable goods are strictly non applicable.
